Processing and Production
Most of our products are produced on-demand by our trusted print partners. Production times vary depending on the product but are typically between 2–7 business days. Original artworks may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated individually.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our production partners or from Spain, depending on the product.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

• Spain: 3–7 business days after production.
• European Union: 5–15 business days after production.
• United States and International: 7–20 business days after production.
  
  

We are not responsible for customs delays, import taxes or duties that may apply in the country of delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product, shipping method, and destination.

Order Tracking
Whenever possible, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Responsibility
Guide the Artist S.L. is not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control once the order has been handed to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
