Return and Refund Policy – GUIDE THE ARTIST S.L.
Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Guide the Artist S.L. via our online store.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period, and return the item within 14 days after notifying us. Items must be unused, undamaged, with all tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery (if paid); supplementary costs for express or non-standard delivery are not refunded. We may deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions (non-returnable items)
The following items are not eligible for return, except where defective or incorrectly supplied:
– Made-to-order or customized products (including print-on-demand artworks).
– Original artworks and unique pieces accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
– Gift cards.
– Items sold as final sale.
Orders outside the EU
For orders delivered outside the EU, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Return procedure and return address
Do not send items back without authorization. To request a return, use the contact info below. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we confirm a defect or error, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since our refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us.
